Cover: Molecular mechanisms of the ageing biology provide insights into proactive health and healthy aging. Are we getting close to the Fountain of Youth? O-GlcNAc may be one of the key molecules. Recently, it has been demonstrated that O-GlcNAcylation on the gate-keeper enzyme of the urea cycle, i.e. CPS1, is modulatory during ageing and reversible by dietary restriction.
