Cover: The cover image draws inspiration from an ancient Chinese mythological story, ‘Nüwa and Fuxi’. In the myth, Nüwa created human beings out of clay, and Fuxi taught them various skills. Similarly, in the process of transcription (the cloud pathway), AFF1 (Nüwa) and AFF4 (Fuxi) play distinct roles in regulating the functions of Pol II (human beings on the cloud), enabling gene transcription and regulation.
